Please note! Returns are made at the sender’s expense and must be sent without cash on delivery.

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days if the product is new (without signs of use).

To arrange a return:

  • Contact our consultant to clarify the details (order number, reason for return) and to receive the return address.

  • Within 5 days after receiving your order, you can also use Nova Poshta’s "Easy Return" service — the parcel can be sent free of charge.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will exchange it or refund the money to your bank card.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive your parcel at our Nova Poshta branch.
